TSAL confirms that it will comply with the National Privacy Principles which form part of the Privacy Act 1988. Our service providers must also comply with the National Privacy Principles.

Protecting your privacy is important to TSAL, and TSAL hopes the following statement will help you understand how TSAL collects, uses and safeguards your personal information.

Information collection

Our share registry service provider, Link Market Services Limited collects, uses and handles all unit holders' personal information for TSAL.

On our behalf, IRM Pty Ltd sends Email Alerts to those registered recipients. IRM Pty Ltd uses and handles all information subscribers provide for TSAL.

Apart from the items mentioned above, TSAL does not collect personal information on individuals.

Use of personal information

TSAL will only use the personal information we (or our service providers) collect from you for the purpose you have provided it, for the purpose disclosed at the time of collection or otherwise as set out in this privacy statement. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first obtaining your consent unless authorised or required by law.

Once you become a unit holder of TSOF, Chapter 2C of the Corporations Act requires information about you (including your name, address and details of the units you hold) to be included in the fund's public register. This information must continue to be included in fund's public register if you cease to be a unit holder. These statutory obligations are not altered by the Privacy Act.

Companies who provide services to TSAL

As outlined above, Link Market Services Limited is a service provider of TSAL, and is not permitted to use personal information about you for any purpose, except to perform the services we have asked them to provide in accordance with the Corporations Act. IRM Pty Ltd is also a service provider of TSAL, and is not permitted to use personal information about you for any purpose, except to send you as requested Email Alerts.

Disclosure of Information

As your name, address and details of the units you hold are included in Link Market Services public register, anyone who provides us with notice may have access to, or obtain a copy of the public register in accordance with the Corporations Act. In some cases, a service fee may be charged by our registry service provider for this information.

We will not disclose any information we (or our service providers) collect to any person without your approval unless it is in accordance with the Corporations Act or required by other laws.
