To the extent practicable and on behalf of both TSAL and TSO, the TSAL Board endorses the ASX Corporate Governance Council's Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations ('ASX Principles').

All governance materials (charters, policies and statements) as approved by the TSAL Board are reviewed annually. The annual review of governance materials ensures that they continue to be appropriate to the operations of TSAL and TSO and evidences TSAL's commitment to governance.
