Whether in the search for acquisitions to improve earnings, the lease rollover profile or the geographic diversification of the Trust or in an attempt to deal pro-actively with expiring leases, management's focus remains squarely on increasing long term value to unitholders in the belief that, at the end of the day, the right real estate, managed by the right people, making the right real estate decisions are the only factors that can improve the prospects of performance and drive value over the long term.
